রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

Baluchar-এ আমরা গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যে সন্তুষ্ট না হলে, নিচের শর্তসাপেক্ষে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।

রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা

পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহার না করা, পরিধান না করা এবং সম্পূর্ণ মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
সকল মূল ট্যাগ, প্যাকেজিং এবং ইনভয়েস অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।

উপরের শর্ত পূরণ না হলে Baluchar রিটার্ন গ্রহণ না করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর তা যাচাই করা হবে। এরপর রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হয়েছে কি না, সে বিষয়ে আপনাকে জানানো হবে।

রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে অথবা পেমেন্টের ধরন অনুযায়ী ক্রেডিট নোট আকারে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

শিপিং চার্জ (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে Baluchar-এর পক্ষ থেকে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে শিপিং চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

At Baluchar, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
The return request must be made within the eligible return period from the date of delivery.

Baluchar reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method or via credit note, depending on the payment type.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by Baluchar.
