Baluchar.com.bd (“ওয়েবসাইট”) Baluchar-এর মালিকানাধীন ও পরিচালিত। এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা অ্যাক্সেস করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এসব শর্তে সম্মত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

৫. রঙের যথার্থতা

৬. মূল্য সংক্রান্ত ত্রুটি

সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য কর আইন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত।

৭. পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড নীতি

Baluchar অর্ডার প্রদানের তারিখ থেকে ১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকলে, অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত রিফান্ড বা ক্রেডিট নোট প্রদান করা হবে।

৮. শিপিং ও প্রসেসিং

শিপিং ও প্রসেসিং চার্জের মধ্যে অর্ডার হ্যান্ডলিং, প্যাকেজিং এবং ডেলিভারি সেবা অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

পণ্য শিপিং ক্যারিয়ারের কাছে হস্তান্তরের পর ঝুঁকি ও মালিকানা গ্রাহকের কাছে ন্যস্ত হবে।

৯. তথ্যের অসঙ্গতি সংক্রান্ত ঘোষণা

ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত ও অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য। পূর্ব লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো উপাদান পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

Baluchar reserves the right to cancel any order within 14 working days from the date of order placement. If payment has already been processed and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund or credit note accordingly.

8. Shipping & Processing

Shipping and processing charges cover order handling, packaging, and delivery services.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you once the items are handed over to the shipping carrier.

9. Inaccuracy Disclaimer
